Races and Adventures
Race day is the opportunity to display all of the effort, training and pain that you have put into the sport. I love racing, and have been focusing on competing for the last two years, with many road races and trail races before that.

Embarking on adventures allows for the constraint of time to be removed, to immerse yourself in the environment and to see the surrounding environment through a new lens. For me this includes stopping to take photos, a swim in a lake, to eat a snack on a mountaintop, or catch 5 min on top of a rock in the sun. In the coming years I plan to take on more and more adventure runs, linking up new exciting running routes, and pushing the my limits of comfort along the way.
September 20-21. The Wonderland Trail. 150km, 7 200m+ climbing. 38 hr45min. Unsupported run with Jeff Pelletier
